Joe Pausa has 25 years of experience in the fastener industry. Five years with a major distributor as the Quality Control manager, during which time he setup and ran their QC Lab. Joe has spent the last 14 Years as President / Sales of Precision Screw Products. Sales territory includes Minnesota, Michigan and Illinois.
